Hengping Industry boasts an impressive array of advanced printing equipment, including 7 sets of HP Indigo digital printing machines, 23 sets of rotary printing machines, 30 sets of silkscreen printing machines, 42 sets of die-cutting machines, 30 sets of precision equipment, and 12 sets of automated detection equipment.

Raw Material Inspection
Check the quality of raw materials, such as paper, ink, adhesive, etc., and ensure raw materials meet the production requirements so as to avoid the deterioration of label quality due to raw material problems.

Printing Process Control
Strictly control the printing machine parameters, such as ink concentration, printing speed, pressure, etc., in the printing process, to ensure that the printing effect is consistent, to avoid color difference, blurring and other problems.

Die Cutting Process Control
Ensure that the die-cutting tool is sharp and the die-cutting pressure is appropriate before starting die cutting process to guarantee the precise size of the labels and avoid problems such as burrs and breakage.

Inspection & Testing
Conduct comprehensive inspection and test of printed labels, including size, color, adhesive properties, abrasion resistance, high and low temperature alternating test, etc., to ensure that meet customer requirements.

Packaging & Storage
Carefully pack qualified labels and printed products in specialized package and store them in a suitable environment to avoid humidity, direct sunlight, moisture and other factors that may affect the quality.

Shipping Inspection
Before shipment, inspection is carried out again to ensure that the packaging is complete, the quantity is accurate, and the relevant information is recorded to ensure that customers receive high-quality printing products.
